It also offers concrete steps individuals can take to avoid the possibility of becoming seriously dehydrated; these include, of course, plenty of liquid intake, as well as avoiding carbonation and caffeine. Page is easy to read and covers mainly dehydration issues in developed nations--not the more serious dehydration problems of the third world.
