The Virtual Hospital is a continuously updated digital health scientific library. The Virtual Hospital digital library contains hundreds of books and brochures for health care providers and patients. The Virtual Hospital digital library also delivers Continuing Education (CE) to health care provider's offices and homes in a clinically relevant context at their convenience, thereby making CE more effective and efficient. The information in the Virtual Hospital is organized in a number of ways. One way is to organize the information from a librarian's perspective: by type of information (textbook, teaching file, etc.), by organ system, or by the discipline that created the information. Another way to organize the information is from a user's perspective: by problem. Virtual Hospital web site has videoclips of patients with various diseases that once viewed, will remain in the medical apprentice learner's memory.
